PeculiarFortress is not responsible for late shipments due to natural disasters, poor weather conditions, holidays and/or shipping company carrier delays. Please note that holidays and weekends for our company do not count as business days and should not be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed, we will not offer customer reimbursement of shipping charges or purchase refunds. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery that are $500 or more in value.
